Maximilian Temmel studied law in Vienna and London. He began his professional career in 2018 at the Institute for Private International Law, Comparative Law and European Law at the University of Vienna as a research assistant. After completing his studies and a judicial clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna, he worked at a renowned Viennese law firm specializing in litigation, corporate law, and company law. Since April 2024, Mr. Temmel, LL.M., has been working as associate at Weinrauch Rechtsanwälte GmbH while simultaneously pursuing his doctorate in law. His doctoral thesis addresses the topic of changes in dedication in condominium law.
