Paul Kaufmann studied Business Law and Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna). He began his legal career while still at university, completing several internships with law firms and serving as a judicial trainee at the Döbling District Court.

He subsequently gained extensive experience as a legal associate at leading commercial law firms, with a particular focus on civil law, corporate and company law, and public commercial law. Following the completion of his studies and his judicial clerkship within the jurisdiction of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna, he joined Weinrauch Rechtsanwälte GmbH as an Associate in April 2025.

His working languages are German and English.
